I, Part B, Chapin <br />Street Urbaii Renewal Project, R -29: This change order is fo <br />extra piles and excavation on the Pedestrian Overpass in the <br />Chapin Street Project. This work was authorized sometime <br />back by the Commission. The amount of Change Order No. 2, <br />in the amou t of $1,159.62, was approved, on motion by Mr. <br />Kompar, sec nded by Mr. Helmen. <br />d. Cha ge Order No. 4, Contract Division I, Part A, <br />Chapin S t re t Urban Renewal Project, R- 9: Additional <br />material wa required to backfill excavations for Chapin <br />Street and hannelization at Western Avenue, which were <br />of greater olume than estimated because of the extent and <br />size of the substructures remaining after the demolition <br />work. The total increase was $21,150.14, and this Change <br />Order was approved on motion by Mr. Kompar, seconded by <br />Mr. Helmen. <br />e.
