In our previous meeting, the <br />PROJECT, R -57 <br />Commission had <br />approved soil engineers to evaluate the land for <br />building purposes. <br />The additional cost would be from $2,000 to <br />$2,500 for either <br />of the following two solutions suggested: <br />1) 18 single <br />posts driven in ground with grade beams <br />constructed <br />across the posts in order to house or <br />support <br />iousing structure. <br />2) Construction <br />of a reinforced concrete box which <br />would be <br />ome a floating foundation for the house and <br />no settl <br />ment would occur. <br />b.
