The Clerk tendered proof of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune, which was found to be sufficient. Ms. Martin, Clerk of the Board, stated no bids were received. OPENING OF BIDS — SALE OF CITY PROPERTY — 407 COTTAGE AVENUE This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referenced property. The Clerk tendered proof of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune, which was found to be sufficient. The following bid was opened and publicly read: BOBADILLA INVESTMENTS, LLC CIO JOSE AREVALO PO Box 1123 Notre Dame, IN 46556 BID: $1,450.00 Upon a motion made by Ms. Maradik, seconded by Ms. Miller and carried, the above bid was referred to Community Investment for review and recommendation. OPENING OF QUOTATIONS — BYERS ORANGE FIELD SCOREBOARD ELECTRICAL SUPPLY (COMMUNITY FOUNDATION) Mr. Gilot advised that this was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed quotations for the above referenced project. The following quotation was opened and read: MARTELL ELECTRIC, LLC 4601 Cleveland Rd. South Bend, IN 46628 Quotation was submitted by Jennifer Martell Non -Collusion, Non -Discrimination Affidavit Form was completed QUOTATION: $7,260 Upon a motion made by Ms. Maradik, seconded by Ms. Miller and carried, the above quotation was referred to Venues, Parks, and Arts for review and recommendation. OPENING AND AWARD OF QUOTATIONS — BYERS ORANGE FIELD SHADE STRUCTURE (COMMUNITY FOUNDATION_) Mr. Gilot advised that this was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed quotations for the above referenced project. The following quotation was opened and read: MIDSTATES RECREATION, LLC 5828 Zarley St., Suite B New Albany, OH 43054 Quotation was submitted by John Hobson Non -Collusion, Non -Discrimination Affidavit Form was completed QUOTATION: $50,717.00 Upon a motion made by Ms. Maradik, seconded by Ms. Miller and carried, the above quotation was referred to Venues, Parks, and Arts for review and recommendation. After reviewing the quotation, Mr. Patrick Sherman recommended that the Board award the contract to the sole responsive and responsible quoter, Midstates Recreation, LLC in the amount of $50,717. Therefore, Ms. Maradik made a motion that the recommendation be accepted, and the quotation be awarded as outlined above. Ms. Miller seconded the motion, which carried. OPENING OF QUOTATIONS — IVY TECH POD DISPOSAL — PROJECT NO 119-091 T( BD) Mr. Gilot advised that this was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed quotations for the above referenced project.
