It is not the intent of the Redevelopment Department <br />to profit from r ntals received. On the contrary, the Redevelopment <br />Department is required to make normal maintenance to the properties <br />and to establish a fair rental so that relocation might be expeditiously <br />accomplished, The Commission approved and adopted the property <br />management pol cy as discussed on the motion by Mr. Helmen, <br />and seconded by Mr. Koczan. <br />-4- <br />
