/Declaratary hearing given onl Improvement Resolution No. 237 for gradel. curb and. walk on Medora Street from north line of Morris Park Addition to south line of Morris Park Addition. In the above matter remonstrators appeared but no remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvement that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvement' and resolved by the Board that Improvement Resolution No. 237 for grade, curb and walk on Medora Street be modified to read as follows: - Grading and curbing only -of the aforenamed street, and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Resolved further, that notices be published on the 30th, day of April 1913 and on the ✓7th, , dday or May t 1,913 in the South Bend Daily Times, stating that this Board will 'receive bids for tree construction of said improvements up to 10: 00 A.M. on the 20th.,1ay of May,1913. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. ,/ Declaratory hearing given on Improvement Resolution No. 236 for grade, curb and walk on Missoula Avenue from North line of Morris Park Addition to the South. Line of Morris Park Addition. In .the above matter remonstrators appeared but their was no remon- strance filed. The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvement that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal `to the estimated cost -of said improvement, and the Board resolved that Improvement Resolution No.'236 for the purpose of construction of grade, curb and walk on Missoula Avenue be modified to read as follows. By grading and curbing only of the aforesaid street, and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Resolved further that notices be published. on the .30th.,day of April 1Q13 and on the 7th. , day of, Mar, -'.913 in the South Bend Daily Times, stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. on the 20th.d.ay of May 1913. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Declaratory hearing given on Improvement Resolution No. 227 for pipe sewer on Birdsell street `from 1st. alley South of Fassnacht Avenue to a point about 80 feet north of Linden Avenue. In the above matter remonstrators appeared and a remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore after due consideration decided to defer all action until May 9th. 1913 at 7:45 P.M. /Declaratory hearing given on Improvement Resolution No. 240 for pipe sewer on Adams Street from Michigan Avenue to Vassar Avenue. In the above matter remonstrators appeared and but no further , remon- stran.ce .was filed. The Board after due oonsideration decided to defer all action on same until May Friday the 9t h. 1913 at 7: 45 P.M. Declaratory -hearing given on Improvement Resolution No. 235. for pipe sewer on Union Street. In the ebove matter non remonstrators appeared and no remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore find'in each and every case in said improvement that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvement and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Resolved further, that notices be published .30th. day of April 1913 and 6n the -7th: day of May, 1.913 in the South Bend DailyTimes, stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. on the 21st.day of Bray, 1913. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
