'775 Declaratory hearing given on Improvement Resolution No. 233. for Pipe sewer on Lafayette Street and Parkovash Avenue from Tonti Avenue to Tecumseh Avenue. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated nett of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Resolved further that notices be published on the 30th• day of April 1913 and on t be 7th., day of May ` $11913 in the South Bend Daily Times, stating that this Board will receive bids for Vie construction of said improvement up to 10:00 A.. on the 21st. dgy of Yay 1913. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Declaratory hearing given on Improvement Resolution No. 231. for Pipe sewer on Eighteenth Street from St. Joseph River to Mishawaka Avenue and on Mishawaka Avenue from Sixteenth St. to Nineteenth Street. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvement that the bene— fits tothe-property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvement and the name are hereby in all things ratified, cornfirmed and approved. Resolved further that notices be published on the 30th; day of April 1913 and on the 7th;, day of wYs#� a.913 in the South Bend Daily Times, stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said Improvements up to 10:00 A.M. on the 21st.day of May 1913. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids* declaratory hearing given on Improvement Resolution No. 239 for pipe sewer on Iroquois Street from St. Joseph River to Anngella Avenue and in lst. alley north of North Shore Drive from 60 ft. west of the west line of Lafayette Street. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared but a remonstrance was filed. The Board after due consideration decided that in each and every case in said improvement that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are egial to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Resolved further that notices be published on tiie 30th. day of April 1913 and on the : 7th.. day of -.May;- 19131, in the South Bend Daily Times, stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvement up to 10:00 A.Y. and on the 2lst-oay of May 1913. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrance was filed.
