773 Friday April `llth. , 1913. Board met in regular hearing at 7:45 P.M. All members present. Declaratory hearing given on Improvement Resolution No. 235 for grade, curb and walk on St. Vincent Street from St. Alexis Street to the First alley west ,of Lawrence Street In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvement that the ' bene- fits "to the property and to the City of South Bend Are equal to the estimated cost of said improvement and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Resolved that notices be published. on the 30th. day of April 1913 and on the .7th.., day of May, 1913 in the South Bend Daily Times, stating that this Board will receive bids foxy t-he construction of said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. on the 20th0ay of May. 1913. The Board reserves the right to re jest any and all: bids. f/ Declaratory hearing given on Improvement Resolution go. 228 for grade, curb and_ walk on Tenth Street from Mishawaka Avenue to Wall Street. In.the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvements that the bene- fits to taae property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvement and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and, approved. Resolved further that notices be published on the 30th. day of April 1913 and on tY*� 7th: gr , day of April 1913 in the South Bend Daily Times, stati:tg,that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. on the 20th-, day of May x1913. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board -therefore find in each and every case in said improvement that the benefits to the property and to .the City of South Bend.are equal to the estimated. cost of said improvement and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Resolved further that notices be published on the 30thk' day o:' April 1913 and on the `7th., day of April 1913 in the South Bend Daily Tires, stating that this Board will recci ve bids for the construction of said improvements. up to 10:00 A.M. on ithe 20th. �ay of May 1913. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of'said improvement and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and .approved. Resolved further that notices be published on the 30ths,day of April 1913 and on the 7th. , day of . May 1913 in the South Bend Daily Times, :Mating that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvements up to 10:00 A.M. on -the 20th, day of May91913. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Declaratory hearing given on Improvement Resolution No.230 for grade, curb and walk on Oakside Street from Michigan Street to Terre Haute & Logansport Ry. In.the above matter remonstrators appeared but no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvement that the benefits to the property,And tothe City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvement. Resolved by the Hoard that Improvement Resolution No 230 for purpose of enstruction of -grade, curb and walk on Oakside Street be modified to read as follows: — By grading and curbing only said street and the same are hereby in all things_,ratified, confirmed and approved. Resolved further that notices be published on the 30ths day of April 1913 and on thcL- 7th. , day of May"" 1913 in the South Bend Daily Times, stating that this Board will received bids forthe construction of said improvement up to 10:OOA.M. on the 20th.day of May 1913-The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
