771 1913- Continued. The City Engineer submitted the list of property owners in the matter of the appropriation of certain property under Condemnation Resolution Number 2# which list in— cludes the names of the owners and holders of property and of interests tllerein sought to .be taken or beneficially or injuriously effected, and the description of the several piece's of property which is affected by the said appropriation proceedings. Thereupon the Board proceeded to award the damages sustained and to assess the .benefits accruing to each piece of property upon said, list. It w€-sr thereupon, upon motion duly made and seconded and unanimously adopted, resolved that, said list, together with the amounts B benefits and damages and net benefits and`net damages therein set forth as to the several parcels of land be adoped :_nd ordered spread upon this record by reference, and that the respective amount a benefits contained in said List be and are hereby awarded to the several tracts of land as specifically set forth in said list, and that the.net benefits or net damages, as to the respective tracts of land, contained in said list are hereby awarded or assessed, as the case may be as •,too the said several tracts of land. The Board hereby further sets off the benefits and damages each against the other where bth benefits and damages are assessed against the same piece of property, tract of land erinterest ,`and hereby fixes said respective net benefits as the amount that shall be paid by the respective owners as benefits, and further hereby fixes the respective net damages as to the several tracts as the amount that shall be paid to the owners of the re— spective tracts as -damages. Thereupon, upon moti�pl duly made and seconded and unanimously adopted, the -1J3th=,day of June,' 1913�as'4Axed as the day on which this Board will receive or hear remonstrances from persons with regard to the amount of their respective awards or assess— ments, and the clerk of this Board was instructed to prepare and cause to be duly and legally given, notices to the owners of -each parcel of property, showing the amount of the assessment or award, with a description of the property affected, and the date of said hearing. Beginning at the intersection of the north line of Calvert Street and the west line of Carlisle Street, thence west on the north line of Calvert Street -produced to the City limits, which point is 200 feet west of the west line of Section 15 Twp. 37.37 N.-R. 2 E. thence south 60 feet, thence east on the south line of Calvert Street produced west 920.9 feet west of the west line of Carlisle Street, which point id the south west corner. of Calvert Street and Grand Boulevard in proposed Addition to Highland. Park. Thence south 40 feet, thence east to a point 254 feet west of the west line of Carlisle Street, thence north 40 feet, thence east 254 feet to the west line of Carlisle Street, thence north 40 feet to the place of beginning.
