Tuesday March 25th. 191 . continued. CONDEMNATION RESOLUTION NO., 23.. RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: That the following described property is appropriated for the use of said City; Beginning at the Northeasi" corner, of lot 257 in Mayrls Michigan Avenue Add, as platted and laid out in the City of South Bend, Indiana, thence north along the west line of Huey St. as laid -out in said Mayrls'Michigan Avenue Add. to the south lie line of Elwood Ave. thence East along the south line of said Elwood Averme to a point in line with the east line of Huey Street in said Mayr's Add. thence south to the northwest corner of lot 194 in said Mayr's Add. thence west sixty (60) ft. to the west line of said Huey Street which point is the place of beginning. The following described property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such appropriations: Is the property to be appropriated and all the lots and lands and parcels of lots lying within the following described territory as follows,to—wit: Beginning on the north line of Humboldt St. and the center of the first alley west of Huey Street in Mayr's Michigan Ave, thence north along the cen— ter of said alley and the center of the first alley west of Huey Street in Huey Heights to the south line of Bulla Ave. in said Huey Heights, thence east along the south line of said Bulla Ave. to a point one hundred add thirty seven (137) ft. east of the east line of said Huey Street, thence :-south parallel with and one hundred and thirty seven (137) ft. east of the east line of said Huey St. to the north line of Humboldt Street in Mayr1 s Add. thence west to the center of the first alley west of said Huey Street which point is the place of beginning.As shown -'on map on file in the office of the Board of Public Works which map shows,.the property to be appor— priated and the property affected by the proposed opening. The purpose of such appropriation is for .OPENING AND EXTENTION OF HUEY STREET. -Notice od this.- resolution shall be published on the 29th. day of March 1913 and on the 5the day of April 1913 in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board at its office in the City Hall on the 9th. day of May 1913 at` 7:45 P.M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons' interested in or affected by these propceedings.
