Tuesday March 25th. 1913. Continued. CONDEMNATION RESOLUTION NO. 22. d RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BENDJNDIANA That the following described property be appropriated for the use of said City: Beginning on the south line of Corby Street at a point five (5) ft* west of the wrest line of Turnock ,Street to the northerly line of South Bend Ave. thence northeasterly along the northerly line of said South Bend Avenue to a point _five (5) ft. due east of the east line of said Turnock Street, thence north parallel with and thirty five (x5J' f't. east of the west line of Turnock as now platted and laid out on Turnockis replatand Mack's replat to the sQuth line of Corby Street thence west along the south line of said Corby -Street_ forty (40) ft. to the pace of teginning. The following described property maybe injuriously or beneficially affected by such appropriation is the property herein proposed to be appropriated and all the lots and parcels of lots and Xracts land lying within the following described terri- tory:- Beginning on the south line of Corey Street at a point -One Hundred and fifty (150) ft. west of the west line od TurnocV Street thence south parallel with and one hundred and fifty (150) ft. wrest of the we line of said Turnock Street to the north line of South Band, Avenue thence northeasterly along the northerly line of said South Bend Ave ,ue to a point One Hundred and fifty (150) ft. east of the east line of Turnock Street. thence north parallel with and one hundred and fifty (150) ft. east of the east line of said Turnock Street to the south line of Corby Street, thence west along -the south line of said Corby Street to the place of beginning. All as shown on map,on file in the office of the Board of Public 'forks which map shows the property to be appropriated and the lots and land affected by such appropriation. The purpose of such appropriation is FOR WIDENING OF TURNOCK STREET FROM SOUTH BEND AVENUE TO CORBY STREET. - Notice od this resolution sbll be published on the 1st.,,day of April. 1913 and on the . Sth.day of April 1913 in the South Bend Daily Times, This Board at its office in the City Hall on the 9th. -day of May91913 at 7:45 P.M.
