RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY _ OFSOUTH BEND, INDIANA: That... the following described property, be appropriated for the use of said City; Beginning at the northeast corner of lot 323 in MayrTs Michigan Ave. Add.' to the City of South Bend, Indiana, thence north along the west line of Elmer Street as platted add laid out in said Mayr's Add. to the south line of Elwood Ave. thence ' east .along the south line of said Elwood Ave.,sixty (60) Peet to a point in line with the east line of Elmer Street in Mpv _ Add. t%enee south to the northwest corner of *lot 258 in said Mayrts Add. thence west -Thirty (30) fe ;,; tc fse ce Le of Elmer Street thence north' eighty two an* one-half (92-1%2) ft. thence iirest 3O)' t ;to place o1' be.g}rii:ng,. The following described property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such appropriationsL is the property herein proposed ,to _be appropriated and all th.e .lots and parcels of lots and land in the following described territory as follows, to -wit: - Beginning on the north line of Humboldt St. and the center of the first alley west of Elmer Street thence north parallel with and one hundred and thirty seven (137) ft. west of the west line of Elmer Street to the south line of Bulla Ave. thence east along the south line of said Bulla Avenue to the center line. of the first -alley . east of said Elmer Street, thence south along the center line ,of said alley to the north line of Humboaslt Sto thence west along the north line of said Humboldt Street. to the center of the first alley west of Elmer Street which point is the place of beginning. As all shown on attached map showing proposed opening and property affected. T_ he purpose of such appropriation is for the: EXTENTION OF E6MER STREET. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 29th. day of March and on the 5th. day of April 1913 in t he South Bend Daily Times. This Board at its office in the City Hall on the 9th. day of May 1913 at 1:45 P.M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by these proceedings.
