Incorporation and By -Laws of said <br />BCRC. <br />(B) Each employer under this <br />Agreement shall pay to BCRC the <br />amount as specified in the wage and <br />fringe benefits section of this Agreement <br />per hour for each hour worked by each <br />of its employees covered by this <br />Agreement. Each employer is obligated <br />to make such contributions, regardless of <br />whether or not such Employer is a <br />member of BCRC. <br />(C) Payments required to be made to <br />BCRC shall be deemed to be governed <br />by the provisions of this Agreement <br />pertaining to the collection of the Health <br />and Welfare Pension payments required <br />to be made by the Employers and thus, <br />may be enforced in the same manner. <br />(D) The Board of Directors of BCRC <br />will have full audit authority of the <br />Employer's books and records as they <br />pertain to this contribution. <br />(E) The Employees covered by this <br />Agreement will abide by the provisions <br />of the BCRC substance abuse program <br />when required by the Owner. <br />IMPACT <br />Section XV. (A) Each employer under <br />this Agreement shall pay to the <br />Ironworker Management Progressive <br />Action Cooperative Trust (hereinafter <br />"IMPACT") the amount as specified in <br />the wage and fringe benefits section of <br />this Agreement per hour for each hour <br />worked by each of its employees covered <br />by this Agreement. <br />(B) IMPACT represents that it is a <br />joint, labor-management, non-profit trust <br />formed under Section 302(c)(9) of the <br />Labor -Management Relations (Taft - <br />Hartley) Act.
