INDUSTRY FUND <br />Section XIII. The employers have <br />established a trust fund to be known as <br />the CONSTRUCTION <br />ADVANCEMENT FOUNDATION OF <br />NORTHWEST INDIANA, which trust <br />fund shall be used to establish and <br />conduct educational programs for the <br />general public, employer members, <br />employee members, and others with <br />respect to new techniques, ideas, and <br />methods which will improve the industry <br />and increase the contribution that the <br />industry and its employees can make to <br />the community, and to carry out such <br />other purposes as may be set forth in the <br />Agreement and Declaration of Trust with <br />the purpose and intent to promote, <br />support and improve the interest and <br />common good of the construction <br />contracting industry of the area. <br />The employer shall pay the amount per <br />hour as specified in the wage and fringe <br />section of the Agreement, for each hour <br />worked by all employees of the employer <br />covered by this Agreement. <br />Payments required to be made to said <br />fund shall be deemed to be governed by <br />the provisions of this Agreement <br />pertaining to the enforcement as to the <br />collection of other payments required to <br />be made by the employer. <br />BCRC <br />Section XIV. (A) Various Employer <br />Associations and the Union are members <br />of Building and Construction Resource <br />Center, Inc. (hereinafter `BCRC"), a <br />non-profit corporation that was formed <br />to provide services in the construction <br />industry, including but not limited to, <br />education and referral services <br />concerning alcohol, drug and other <br />substance abuse, which purposes are <br />more fully defined in the Articles of <br />27 28 <br />
