benefits, said employer shall then be <br />required to pay the Fringe Fund <br />Disbursement Office on a weekly basis, <br />and must continue to do so for a period <br />of twelve (12) months before said <br />employer is eligible to return to the <br />monthly payment schedule. These <br />payments shall then be hand carried to <br />the Local #395 Financial Secretary - <br />Treasurer's office on the specified due date. <br />If employees are withdrawn from any <br />job because of employer's failure to pay <br />contributions and deductions due under <br />this Agreement, as provided above, the <br />employees affected by such work <br />stoppage shall be paid by the delinquent <br />employer for lost time up to a maximum <br />of sixteen (16) hours pay, provided that <br />seventy-two (72) hours written notice of <br />intention to withdraw the employees is <br />given to the employer by the Union. <br />PIECEWORK <br />Section XX. It is further agreed that the <br />employees will not contract, subcontract <br />work, piece work, or work for less than <br />the scale of wages established by the <br />Agreement. The Employers agree not to <br />offer and/or pay, and the employees will <br />not accept, a bonus based on specific <br />performance on any individual job. <br />WORK LIMITATION <br />Section XXI. There shall be no <br />limitation placed on the amount of work <br />to be performed by any workman during <br />working hours. <br />PAYDAY <br />Section XXII. (A) The regular pay day <br />shall be once a week on sucli day as <br />agreed between the employer and the <br />Local Union, and wages shall be paid <br />before quitting time, and wages are to be <br />paid in cash or other legal tender. <br />41 42 <br />
