Mr. Lo is informed the Commission that no one has any right o sign any documents or any papers before the 4mmission full approval. Upon motion made by Mr. Helmen, seconded by Mr. Koczan and unanimously carried, the Commission approved the signing of the Contract for Disposition of Land for Private Redevelopment between Model Coverall Service, Inc. a d the Department of Redevelopment covering the purcha e of a ;!parcel of land located in the Sample Street Project Area, Ind. R -7. The Co ission approved the submittal to Chicago, HHFA, of pro osed contract with Mr. Peter F. Gillis for Land Absorption Study for LaSalle Park GNRP Area. The Cojmnission, upon motion made by Mr. Helmen, seconded by Mr. Koczan, and unanimously carried, approved the placing of a 1/2 page ad in the Industrial Property Guide of the Society of Industrial Realtors. The Commission also made a suggestion that a 1/2" ad advertising the sale of land in the Sample Street Project, Indiana R -7, be run in the local papers. This is to be submitted at the next meeting. Mr. Sucher stated that the Contract between Blair and Stein Associates, Inc. and the City of South Bend, Ind., Department of Redevelopment for services in connection with the Central Area Feasibility Survey now makes provis ons for payment in 12 monthly consecutive install- ments. He suggested that a clause required by HHFA be added, that a final 10/ be withheld until we get approval for the work from the Federal Government. - we STREET PLAN CHANGE IND.
