RjEQUISITION FOR FEDERAL ADVANCE - LaSalle Park Ind. R -41 <br />On motion made by Mr. Helmen, seconded by Mr. Place and unanimously <br />carrie , the Commission approved HHFA Form H -6123 Requisition for <br />Advanc Payment under GNRP Contract for LaSalle Park, Indiana R--41. <br />IV. <br />ESOLUTION NO. 53 <br />Declaratory Resolution covering Chapin Street Redevelopment Project <br />Area, Indiana R -29, was approved by the Commission, upon motion made <br />by Mr. Helmen, seconded by Mr. Koczan and unanimously carried. This <br />Resolution, No. 53, is hereby attached and made a part of these <br />minute . <br />V. PROGRESS <br />On motion made by Mr: Koczan, seconded by Mr. Place and I-& M <br />unanim usly carried, the Commissiori-approved - that a letter ELECTRIC <br />be sent to the I & M Electric Company whereby the Redevel- CO. <br />opment Commission agrees that if I & M Electric Company <br />will either remove or relocate any part or all of its exist- <br />ing utility facilities from Sample Street Project Area <br />Indian R -7, this will not waive the right of the I & M <br />Electric Company to make claim for payment of the costs <br />of such removal. <br />-3- <br />
