(Resolution No. 5) <br />R 393 <br />ESOLUTION OF THE SOUT14 BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, <br />OVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF <br />EDEVELOPMENT <br />PPROVING AN URBAN RENEWAL PLAN FOR PROJECT NO.
