First of all, it is not a foregone <br />conclusion that there will be a new entrance <br />to the Coveleski Park. That is one concept <br />that is put on the table. It is far from a <br />foregone conclusion. Secondly, anything <br />that the city ultimately acquires would be for <br />sale. We would speak with people. If they <br />have an idea for a business within the Gates <br />Chevrolet building, the former Sears <br />Roebuck building, we would be more than <br />pleased to talk with them. We do not know <br />specifically what the future for that real <br />estate is, but we know that, given its square <br />footage and its size, that there may not be a <br />lot of adaptive uses. But, if a good adaptive <br />use comes along, we will certainly give that <br />high consideration. <br />MR. MANIGAULT: But today you're going <br />to acquire the property. <br />MR. GIBNEY: No, it is being put on the <br />acquisition list so that we can make the <br />determination, after the plan is done, whether <br />or not we want to acquire the property. <br />MR.
