PECZKOWSKI: If that's the long term <br />intention, to reconfigure it that way, I' m not <br />seeing the Cleo Washington properties as <br />crucial. As people come into the stadium, <br />that particular corner is not going to be <br />affected by any traffic. <br />MR. SCHALLIOL: The larger planning area <br />that we're going to examine would allow for <br />a variety of different projects within the <br />project area: some residential, smaller scale, <br />single family residential housing infill <br />projects; some denser multi-family units, <br />perhaps. Maybe some mixed development <br />concepts, so there are a variety of different <br />projects in this area; it's not just the new <br />entrance to the ballpark. <br />MR. PECZKOWSKI: The total project looks <br />like we're going far a-field of just retail on <br />Western, doing some residential within the <br />neighborhood, reconfiguring with the wish <br />list of perhaps remodeling the ballpark as <br />well. This seems huge. Why are we taking <br />this on ourselves? I can see, in some cases, <br />parts of some of these things being in the <br />project, but it almost seems like we're <br />overstepping our skills by adding too many <br />properties to the city list, which already has <br />lots of properties being taken off the tax rolls. <br />MR.
