CHARLOTTE SOBEL, South Bend
Heritage Foundation, 803 Lincolnway West.
We work, as all of you know, in the Near
West Side and a portion of these are coming
out of the West Washington-Chapin
Development Area. We fully support it
because we think the anticipated planning of
part of downtown and what's going to
happen down there is absolutely the best
thing that can happen. I also want to thank
the Commission for redefining the
boundaries of the Airport TIF to get in the far
western portions of Lincolnway West.
Thank you very much.
There was no one else who wished to speak
regarding Resolution No. 2383.
