Green - Clean - Sustainabjem <br />Government Center Fan pa <br />Thirty-one (31) existing fan coil units (FCU) were removed from above the ceiling and replaced with thirty- <br />one (31) new FCUs. The existing supply and return air ductwork were reused, but new supply and return duct <br />transitions were included as required for the new FCUs. New duct transitions were insulated on the inside to <br />match existing supply and return air ductwork. The existing chilled water and hot water control valves were <br />replaced with new valves.
