recommendation, he/she will be required to wait for 30 days from the date of initial <br />contract with the MRO before being allowed to test again. During this 30-day waiting <br />period, the individual's Northern Indiana NECA/LU 153 eligibility status will be <br />"ineligible" and the Local Union will be notified so the employing contractor may also be <br />notified. <br />3. Assuming that the individual has signed the appropriate release and after the evaluation is <br />completed, the EAP will contact the MRO to discuss the recommended treatment plan. <br />The EAP will send weekly progress reports to the MRO. <br />4. If the EAP counselor feels the individual is ready to return to work, the counselor will <br />call the MRO. The EAP will determine a drug testing regiment, the first test of such <br />regiment being used as one factor in the return to work criteria. Continued work <br />eligibility will be contingent upon subsequent "negative" tests and 100% attendance at all <br />treatment sessions. Failure to successfully participate in the prescribed program will <br />result in the individual's work status as "ineligible" and both the Local Union and the <br />employing contractor will be notified. <br />5. The MRO will be brought back into the process with the occurrence of a subsequent <br />`positive" or if the EAP determines that the individual has not continued to follow <br />through with recommendations, in which case the EAP will have the discretionary ability <br />to call the MRO to discuss the possibility of reversing the individual's Northern Indiana <br />NECA/LU 153 eligibility status to "ineligible" and notification of both the Local Union <br />and the employing contractor. The EAP can contact the MRO regarding possible <br />reversals of work status (based on lack of follow through with EAP recommendations) <br />for up to one (1) year from the individual's admission date.
