<br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO 135.
<br />RESOLVED, By the Board of Public Wo rk s of the City o d South Bend,
<br />Indiana: That it is deemed and desired necessary to construct a local sewer, in-
<br />tended and adapted only for local use by the property holders whose property abuts
<br />thereon) -as follows ,to -wit
<br />Beginning at the interjection of Fassnacht Avenue and College Street;
<br />thence North .along the .center line of said College Street to the center of
<br />Werwinski Street with a-.15 inch Vitrified pipe suer; thence still north. along
<br />the center line of said College Street,to connect with a sewer already constructed
<br />to a point ::about 200 ft . South of Mi chi gain Avenue,74th a 12 inch pipe sewer, to-
<br />;ether with the house connections to the curb line along the :Line of said im—
<br />provzment,said sewer,with -a11 9ppurtenances,shall be contstructed inaccordance with
<br />profiles, details,drawings,and specifications on file in the office of the depart-
<br />ment of Board of Public Works of said City;amd such improvement is now ordered.
<br />Said Improvement shall be known and designated as COLLEGE STREET LOCAL
<br />SEWER, UNDER IMPROVF;MENT 'RES )LUTION NO 135 in THE CITY OF SOUTH BENDJNDIANA.

<br />Said Board has fixed the 12th. day of April 1912 as a date upon which
<br />remonstrances may be filed or heard by persons interested or affected by said
<br />Public Public Improvements and on said day at 7:45 P.M. said Board will at its said
<br />office hear and consider any remonstrators and persons interested or TP:-Those property
<br />18 affected by szedd public improvement and will decide whether the benefits that
<br />will accrue to the property, abutting and adjacent to the propsed improvements and
<br />to said City,will be equal to, or exceed the estimated cost of the proposed im—
<br />provements, as estimated by the City Civil E.gineer,
<br />A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the contrgctor in payment of such .work where the
<br />property owner sig',s waiter required, as according to law. Which Bonds shall bear
<br />interest at the rate of six per cent per annum, payable as provided by law.
<br />,Motion made,seconded and carried,that the foregoing resolution be unanimously
<br />adopted by the Board, on this £nth. day of March. 1912.

<br />RESOLVE111 By the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,
<br />1 Indiana: That it is deemed and desired necessary to construct a local sewer,in—
<br />tended and adapted only for local use by the property holders whose property
<br />abuts thereon, asB&gi1aJmgt*,with* intersection of Van Buren Street and Allen Street;
<br />thence north along the center line of said Allen Street to the center of Quincy
<br />Street with a 15 inch vitrified pipe, thence North along the center line of said
<br />Allen Street to the center of Vassar Avenue with a 12 inch vitrified pipe sewer,
<br />together with the house connections to the curb line along' the line of said im—
<br />provement,and said sewer, with all appurtenances, shall -be constructed in accord—
<br />ance with p rofi les, details 9 drawings and specifications on file in the Office of the
<br />Department of Board of Public Works of said City; and such improvement is now
<br />o rde re d.
<br />Said Improvement shall be known and de si gnat ed as ALLEN STREET
<br />LOCAL SEWER, UNDER IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 136 in -THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND
<br />I NDI ANA. ,
<br />:'.Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 9th.. day of Marh
<br />March 1912 and on the 16th. day of March 1912 in the South Bernd Daily Times.
<br />Said Board has fixed the 12th. day of April 1912 as a date upon
<br />which remonstrances may be Piled or heard by persons interested or affected by ,said
<br />public improvements and on said day at 7:45 P.M. said Board will at its said office
