day Feb ruary 9th. 1912 Continued_. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 131-A J RESOLVED,By the Board of Publid Works of the City of South Bend,Indiana: That;WHEREAS1,A petition has been submitted to the Board of Public Wo rk s by the resident freeholders on Madison Street from the'East Race to Eddy Street ,proposed to be improved, pursuant to Improvement Resolution No. 131 passed by the Board of Public Works on the 10th. day of _ January 1912, and, W11EREAS,this Board of Public Works find that said petitioners have complied with all steps required. by law,and that said petition contains the sign tures of a majority of the resi- dent freeholders orb, said Street to be improved;now, THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,Inciiana, that the said preliminary resolution be and is hereby modified in accordance with said pet- ition so as to include said pavement so petitioned for, and the detail plans and speci- fications ror ,aid pavement as prepared by the City Engineer,are hereby approved and adopt- ed,r+nd same are hereby incorporated herein,and made a part of said preliminary .resolution ?or the improvement o f :ka.di son Street from the East Race to Eddy St rE et .
