All members present. ✓ Hearing given on the North Walnut Street Pavement from Colfax Avenue to La Porte Avenue Under Improvement Resolution No.112. In the, above meter remonstrators appeared, but no written remonstrances were ' filed The Board therefore find in each and every case in Said improvement that the the benefit to the property and. to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements, and the same are hereby in all things ratified,con- -i rmed and approved. Resolved,That notices shall be published on the loth. day of rebRuary tnd on the 17th. day of February 1912 in the South Bend Daily Times ,st,_ting that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvement up to 10 o'clock A.M. on the 29th. day of February 1912. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. In the above matter remonstrators appeared and a remonstrance was filed. The same containing more than the necessary statutary limit,: of remonstrators to allow the proceedings. The Board therefore rescinded all former action on the aforesaid resolution.
