<br />RESOLVED, By the Board of Public 'Works of the City of South Bend,Indi€a.na:
<br />That: WHEREAS,A petition has been ,submitted to the Board of Public Works by the
<br />resident freeholders on Fellow6 Street from IvIonmoe Street to Sample Street, propod
<br />proposed to be im_?.._oved,pursuant to Improvement Resolution No.129 passed by the
<br />Board of Public 111orks on the loth. day of January 1912;and,
<br />WHEREAS,Thi.s Board of Public Vforl s find that said petitioners have complied
<br />with all steps required by law, and that said petition contains tine signatures of
<br />a majority of the resident Freeholders on said street to be iup»ovCd;now,
<br />THEREFORE,
<br />Be it resolved,by the Board of Public Wo„i" of the City of South Bend,
<br />Indiana,that the said prelimdnary re solution. be w^^d is hereby modified in accord
<br />Once with saaid petition So as to include said pavement ,so petitioned for, and the
<br />detailed plans and specifications for aa.id p€+vemerit as prepared by the City Eng,
<br />ineer,are hereby approved and edopted,a,nd same are hereby incorporated herein,and
<br />made a part of said preliminary resolution for the improvement of Fellows Street
<br />from Monroe Street to Sample Street.
<br />Said Improvement shall be known and de Gi gnat ed as FEfjLOW5 &I REET FROM MONK -
<br />ROE STREET TO SAMPLE .S'TREET, BRICK PAVEMENT IMPROVEa1ENT RESOLUTION NO. 129-A
<br />This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its (Yffice in the City.

<br />A Bond or Bonds to be is�;u.ed to the Contractor in payme t of such work
<br />where the property owner signs waiver requi red,as according to law. Which said
<br />bonds shall bear interest at the rate of six per cent per an► um,pa.yable as pro-
<br />vided by law.

<br />La Porte Avenue. ,proposed to be improvedursuant to ImproveIIient Resolution No.
<br />129 passed by the Board of Public Works on the loth. day of January 1912, and,
<br />WHE.REAS,this Board of Public Works find that said petitioners have complied with
<br />all steps .required by law,and that said petition contains the signatures of a maj-
<br />ority of the resident freeholders on said. Al Ley to be improved;now,
