<br />d RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Works of the Cite of South Bend, Indiana,,
<br />That it is desired find deemed-ecess€hry to make the following described public improve-
<br />ments in the aforesaid City as authorized by the following numbered improvement resolu-
<br />tion adopted by said Board on the loth. daa.y of January 1912.
<br />Resolved that an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal
<br />points as follows: To improve the First alley south of Division Street frorrl :c;ott Str
<br />Street to Chapin Street.$y grading and paving the roadway, also grading and. pavzn:.
<br />the roaa,d.w§ay of intersecting and entering Streets and Alleys lying within said por. ion
<br />of said Alley south of Division Street, not included in the roadway to be improved,
<br />with Asphalt, Bitulithie, Brick or Creosoted Wooden Block, laid on a .Five (5) inch Port
<br />lr.nd cement gravel concrete foun6aa,tion, from property line .to property line, placing th
<br />necessary ra;rginal curb, also the construction of. the necessary storm water inlets all
<br />as �-hown on the plans, and in accordance with the profiles, detail plans and specifi-
<br />cations on file in the office of the Department of Public Works of said City. ia.nd such
<br />improvement is now ordered.

<br />property omtnersf nwa,iver required, as according to law. Wihi Ali said bonds shall bear
<br />interest at the rate of, six per cent per aannum, payable as provided by law.

<br />placing the necessary marginal curb, also the construction of the necessary storm water

<br />1912 and on the 0_2rd. day of January 1912 in the Sout Bend Daily Times.

<br />A Bond -,or bonds to be issued to the contractors in payment of such wank where the
<br />property owner sit :ns waiver required, as according to law. Which said bonds shall bea,
<br />interest at the rate of six per cent per annum, payable as provided by law.
