302 <br />Wednesday January loth. 1912. <br />. iMPRO VFj"4RNT RESOLUTION NO. 119. <br />RESOLVED, by the Board. of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />That it is desired and deemed necessary to make the following described Public In- <br />provements in the aforesaid City as authorized by the following numbered. improvemet <br />Resolution adopted by said Board on the- loth. day of January 1912. <br />Resolved that an improvement be reade of the kind, size, location and. termi4al <br />points as follows: To improve the First Alley north of 0�s�shington Avenue from <br />William ;:)treet to Taylor Street. By Grading and paving the roadway,- also grad.inE; <br />,and paving the roadway of intersecting; and entering streets and. alleys lying within <br />said portion of said Alley nort1. of Washington Avenue not included in the roadway <br />to be improved, with Asphalt, Bitulithic, Brick or Creosoted Wooden Block, laid on <br />a. five (5) inch portland cement > ravel goncrete 'ound tion, from property line to. <br />property line, placing t~Ie necessary marginal curb, also the construction of the <br />necessary storm water inlets all as shown on the plans, and in accordance with the <br />profiles, detail plans and. specifications oft.rile in the.office of the Department r <br />of Public Works of sai(I.
