Customer <br />Any person, entity, corporation or governmental entity which has <br />agreed, orally or otherwise to pay for water, sewer and/or other service <br />received from the Utility. A customer shall also be responsible to pay <br />for all services referenced in Section V. A. — Billing. For purposes of <br />this definition, a person, entity, corporation or governmental entity <br />who takes water or discharges wastewater by fraud or attempts to <br />steal water or sewer service shall be presumed to have agreed to pay <br />for it. <br />F. Del.i:n pu n <br />Any and all rates and charges unpaid to the Utility within five (5) days <br />of the due date indicated on the customer's bill and subject to late fees. <br />G. Family <br />Any person or group of persons sharing the same quarters with <br />common sleeping, bathroom, and cooking facilities. <br />H. Family Dwelling Unit <br />A building, vehicle, or movable structure or portion thereof designed or <br />arranged to provide temporary or permanent living facilities for a <br />single family. <br />I. Hotel or Motel <br />A building in which lodging, with or without meals, is provided and <br />offered to the public for compensation, and which is open to transient <br />guests. <br />J. Main <br />A water pipe used for distribution of water or a sanitary sewer for <br />collection of sewage in a street, alley, easement, or on Utility property, <br />usually running parallel to the street centerline. Mains are: <br />1. PUBLIC - owned by the Utility and usually on a public right of <br />way; or <br />2. PRIVATE- - owned by others and usually on undedicated streets <br />to serve private developments. <br />K. Mobile Home <br />........................ <br />Any vehicle or portable structure designated for long term occupancy, <br />containing sleeping accommodations, a flush toilet, a bathtub or <br />shower, kitchen facilities and plumbing and electrical connections <br />providing for attachment to outside systems; designed to be <br />transported after fabrication on its own wheels, flatbed truck, other <br />trailer or detachable wheels; which, when arriving at the site where it <br />is to be occupied as a complete dwelling unit, including major <br />appliances, is ready for occupancy except for minor and incidental <br />unpacking and assembly operation, located on foundation supports, <br />
