Hearing given on Pipe Sewer on.Division Street from Michigan Street to Chapin, Street under Improvement Resolution Ni. 89. In the above natter orial remonstratiors appeared but no written remonstrances were filed.The Board- therefore find that in each and every case in said improvement that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said. improvements and the sc ne are hereby in all things ratified,confirmed and approp -ed: Resolved that notices be published on the loth. and on the 17th. days of au�-xist 1911 stating that the Board will receive, bids for the construction of said improvement up to 10 a. M. om the 29th. day of August 1911. The Board. reserves tfie right to rebeeiseany or all bids. _ Hearing given on Pavement on Division Street from Michigan Street to Chapin Street under Improvement Resolution NO-90. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore rind in each and every case in said -improvement that the benefits to the property and to tine City of south. Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same are hereby Jn all things ratified,confirmed and. approved. ✓ 'Hearing; given on the Frances Street Lateral.Sewer from Jefferson Boulvard to Miner Street the same anmended by the Board to read from Jefferson Boulevard to Cedar streetlunder Improvement resolution No. 92. In the above matter remonstrances were filed and remonstrators appeared.,the Board over ruled all remonstrances. The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits to the property and to the city of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements andthe same are i,ereby in all things ratified,confirmed and approved. Resolved,that notices be published on the l0tii. and 17th. days of August 1911 in the south bend Daily Times,stating that the Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvements up to 10 A.m. on the 29th. day of august 1911. In the above matters no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed The Board t erefore find in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits t to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and t:e same are hereby in all things ratified,confirmed and. approved.
