Hearing given on Grade curb and walk on the following streetslArtnur street from a LaSalle Avenue to CampLu street under Improvement resolution no. 71. also Fellow Street from Bronson street to Sample street Improvement resolution 74. also Frances Street from tivision street to the proposed boulevard under improvement Pesolution V No. 93. also Vassar avenue from Cleveland avenue to Wilber. Street under Improvement Resolution no. 95. in the above matters no remonstrators appeared but a remonstrance was filed on Frances Street Grad e,curb and walk. Thp: UB.osrdctheref bref;f'ind in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits to t:t e property and to the city of south bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same is ereby in all things ratified,confirmec and approved. Resolved,th€at notices be publis ed on she loth. and 17th. of august 1911 in the South Bend daily Times,stating that, this oard will receive bids for the constructin of Maid improvements up to 10 A.m. on the 29th. day of August 1911. The Board reserves the right to -reject any or all bids. Hearing given on Vacation Resolution N0.12. for the vacation of the First alley north of Washington I'lvenue from Williams street east to the First alley North and south. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed the Board therefore declare the above property vacated and confirm all action tal=en on the -'same. The Board now orders that a list of all the property owners and holders be prepared which said list or Roll shall also describe the property benefited or affected. ✓ Hearing given on Condemnation Resolution Noll for the purpose of appropriating ,the Right of Way across the Chicago Indiana & Southern Railway on Vassar avenue in the above matter no remonstrances were filed and no remonstrators appeared. the Board being fully advised in the matter the Board take final action on said. resolution,confirming with out modification,all former action taken on same. The board therefore declares the above property in all things.condemed and appropriated for public use,the board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all the owners or holders of property and of valuable interests therein saught to be taken or to be injuriously af¢ ected,wnich said list or.rthll shall also describe the property benefited or affected. VRemonstrators appeared and nn� remonstrances were filed all remonstrances were I verruled. the Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolles filed -June 30th.- 1911 is benefited in the amounts of assessmets an shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessment rolls filed. on June 30th. 19$1 and the final estimate allowed on June 30th. 1911 should be and the s.--me are hereby in all thin -gs ratified,confirmed and approved.
