Friday-'july 29th. 1911 continued. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION %jO.102 1� Re6olved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,,Indiana,that it is desired and deemed necessary to make the following described public improvements in tie affordsaid Citylas authorized by the following numbered Improvement Resolutft' adopted by said Board on 28th day of July 1911 Resolved2that an improvement be made of the kind,size.location and terminal point as follows:Ey grading the First alley North of Navarre Street from Main Streb. to La.Fayette Street from property line to property line also Maeadamizing, said alley from property line to property line with crushed limestone six(6) ' inches deep from Main Street to the First alley west of Main street.detail drawings.plans, profiles and specifications are on file and may be seen at the office of said Board and all work i- the making of said public improvement must be done in accordnnee t--ierewith. Said improvement shall be known and designated as NACk,)A!A1ZI1jGT FIRST ALLEY NORTH OF NAVARRE STREET FROM MAIN ST-IREET TO LA2FAYETTE STREET IMPROVWLE 'T RESOLUTION NO.1020 Said Board has fixed the Sth. day of September 1911 as date upon which remonstrances may be filed or heard by persons interested or affected by said public improvements a -id on said day at 7:15 P.M.
