17 6 IMPROV�AENT RESOLUTION NO.91. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,Indiana.ThaLt it is desired and deemed necessary to make the following described public improvements in the aforesaid City as authorized by the following numbered improvement resolut -tion adopted by said Board on the 30th. day of June 1911. Re's.olved,that a , improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows; Improvement of Madison Street from La,Fayette Street to a point 100ft. west of the wept line of Mein Street.by constructing a lateral pipe sewer along' the center line of Madison Street as Follows': -Beginning at- the centei line of I,a,Fayette Street thence along the 'center-i inez of Madison Street to a poit 100ft. west of the west -lineof Main street with a ten inch vitrified pipe sewer together with necessary Manholes,Inlets and Flouse vonnectioris to the curb &!ong the line of said improvements. r-x Detail drawings,plans,'profiles andspecifications are on file and may be seen at the office of satiie Board and all work in the making of said public improvement must be ?.one in accordance therewith. Said Board has fixed the 29th. day of July 1911 as a date upon' which remonstrances may be filed or heard by persons interested or -affected by said puble -improvements and on s€',.i d day at 7;15 P.M. said Board wi 11. at its said office hear and consider any remonstrators and persons'interested or -whose proper,z is affected by said public improvements and will ieci6+e whether the benefits that will accrue to the property,abotting and adjacent to the proposed improvement and to said City,will be gqual to,or exceed t e estimate cost of the proposed improvementsas estimated by the City citi1 Engineer . A Bond or bonds to be issued to the contractor in payment of suc1i where the property owner signer waiver required as according to law. IfAch said bonds shall bear interest at the rate. oof six per cent per annum ns provided b law. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the contractor in payment of suchw work where the property owner sit�qes waiver required,as aecordin: to law.
