__ M IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO.9. Resolved,b y the Roard of Public Works of the City of South Bend ,Indiana. That an improvement be made of the kind,size and terminal points as follows; Improve Division St. by the construction of a lateral sewer along said Division St. from Michigan st. to Chapin St. as followg,t..o-wit;- Beginning at the manhole in the center of Michigan St.1.ust North of the Grand. Trunk tracks ;thence West along the North side of "Division St. with a ten inch pipe sewer to a point IOOft. East of the East line of Fain St. Also begin at the manhole just north of the Grand Trunk R. R. track and 'in the center of Main St.;thence'test ,along the north side of Division St. to a point 100ft. east of the east line of La,FaJette St. with a 10 inch pipe 5ewer.AlQo begin at the manhole just north of the Grand Trunk R.R. tracks and the center of La,Fayette St. thence crest along the north side of Division St.' to point 100ft. east of the east line of Franklin St. with a ten inch pipe sewer. Also begin at the manhole just north of the Grand Trunk R.R. tracks and the center of Franklin St. thence crest along the north :side of Division St. to a point 100 ft. east of the east line of William. St. with a ten inch pipe sewer .Also begin at the manhole just north of the Grand Trunk R.R. tracks a d the tenter of Taylor Street thenceeast along the north side or Division St. to 'a point 100ft. west of the 'hest line of 'Williams St. with a, ten. inch pipe sever. Also begin at the rmanholr just north of the Grand. Trunk R.R. tracks alnd in the center -of Taylor St. thence west along the north side of Division St. to a point 100ft. east of the east line of Scott St. with a ten inch pipe sewer.Alao begin at the manhole just north of the Grand Trunk R.R. tracks and the center of Chapin St. thence east along the north side of Division St. to a point 100ft. west to the west line of Scott St. with a ten inch pipe sewer.Together with the necessary manholes,inlets and house eonnectionsto the -'curb. line:-ilong the line of said improvement. Such improvement is now ordered. Detail drawings,plans,proftles and specifications are on file and may be seen at the. office of said Board and all work i n the making of said public improvement mu*t be done in accordance therewith. Said Improvement s:-,all be known and designated as DIVISION STREET LATERAL SEWER IMPROVPyAENT FROM MTC I AN STREET TO CH TTN STREET" 114PROVEMEVT RESOLUTION NO.99. Said Board i_aa fixed 2git11 da.y of'July 1911 as- a date upon which reirionstrances may be Oiled or heard by persons interested or affected by said public in�prover�erits and on said day at 7;15 P.M. said Board will -at its office hear and consider any remonstranters any persons interested or whose property is affected by said public improvement and will decide whether the benefits that will accrue to the property,abutting and adjacent to tree proposed improvement,and`=to=athtejaid City,will be equal to or exceed the estimated cost of the proposed improvements,as estimated by.the City Civil Engineer. Notice of this resol -�ution shall be published on the lit. day of lily and on the Sth. day of July 1911 in the South Bend Daily Times . A Bond or Bonds to be issued to t e Contractor in payment :or such work where the property owner alines weaver required,a,s acording to law. Which said Bondi sr_all bear interest at the rate of six per cent per. annum., as provided by law. IMPROtrEgErdT RESOLUTION 'T0.90. Resolvdd by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,Indiana that it is deli -red and deemed necessary to make the following described public improvements in `the afore said City as authorized by the following numbered improvement resolution adopted by said Board on June 30th. 1911. Resolved,that an improvement be made of the kind,aize,location and terminal p6ints as follows; Pavement on Division Street from Michigan Street to Chapin Street.By grading and paving the roadway of said street from curb line to curb line with Brial,Aspholt,Creosoted Wooden Block or Bitulithic on a five inch Portland cement gravel foundation Also constructing the necessary curb,storm water inlets,margena,l curb and paving the intersectings street and alleys where the same are not already improved . Said improvement shall be known and designated as PAVING IMPROVEMENT ON DIVISION STREE9 FROM MICHIGAN STREET TO CHAPIN STREET IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION N0.90. Detail drawings,plans,profiles and specifications are on file and may be seem a,t the office of said. Board and all work in the making of said public improvement must be done in accordancetherewith. Said B oardhas fixed the 28th. day of July &911 as a clay upon which remonstrances may be riled or heard by persons interested or affected by said public improvementand on said day at 7:15 P.m. said Board will at its said offi\/ce dear and consi4 -er any remonstrator and person interested or whose property is affected #y said public improvements and will decide whether the benefits that will accrue to the property,abutti. and rd jaeent to the proposed improvements and to said City,will be equil to,or exceedtfle estimate cost of the proposed improv.ements,as estimated by the City Civil Engineer.
