i74 Friday June 30th. 1911 continued. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION 110.93. Resolved,by the board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,Ind.iana. That•an improvenentbe made of the kind,size,loeati'on' and terminals P as follows; That it is.deemed necessary to improve Frances Street.from Division Street to the North line of the proposed Boulevard. By grading said St.. from property line to property line and constructing cement wit!'!i nv,rb on both sides of said. Street where same in not a,lrea —any constructed.Pttail Arawi;194.,P-Iang profiles and specifications are on file and may be see, at the office of said Board and all work in the making of said public improvements must be done ,,a,ccord.a,nce therewith.. Said improvement shall be known and Designated as F.-DANCES STREET GRADE CURB A:4D WALK IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION N0.93. Said, Board has fixed the 2Eth. day of July 1911 as a date upon which remonstrances may be filed or heard by persons interested or affected by said public improvements and on said day at 7:15 P.M. said Board will at its said of{'ice hear and consider any remonstrators a-4 p p erson5 interested. or whose property is affected by said public improvement and will decide whet her the benefits that will accrue to the property abutting Fund adjacent, to the propose irnprovemen ,,and to said City, will be equal to or exceed the estimated cost of the proposed improvemente,as estimated by the City Civil Eng"neer, A Bond or bonds to be issued to the contractor in.payment of such work where the property owner signs waiver required as accor -ding to law. Which said bo nds shall bear interest at the rate of six per sent per annum payable as provided by law. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the city of South Bend,Indiana. That an improvement be made of the kivid,rize,locetion andterainal points as follow4,improvement of Fellow St. from Sample St. to Broadway by constructing a lateral sewer'as follows ,to wit; - Beginning at the center of sample St. and Fellow St. thence north alone; the center line of said Fellow St. to a point ten ft. south of the southerly line of the Lake Shore and Michigan Southern Railway Company's right -of -wry with a loins., vitrified pipe sewer.Also Begin at tide center of Sample St. thence south along the center line of Fellow St. to a Sao point 100ft, north of the north line of Ohio St. with a 10inch pipe sewer ,Also Bey -in at t the center of Keasey $t. and Fellow St. thence north along the center line of ?ellow St. to a point 100ft. south of the south line of Ohio St. with a ten inch pipe sewer, Also begin at the center of Keasey St. and Fellow Ste thence south along the center line of Fellow St. to a point 100ft. n orth of the north line of Wenger St. with a ten inch pipe sewer.
