Fridav ifav 26th. 1911 C IMPROVEKENT RESOLUTION -NO, 84. RESOLVED, by the ffeard of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana that it is desired and deemed necessary to make the following described public improvement in the aforesaid city as authorized by the following numbered improvement resolution adopted by said Board on the 26th. day of May 1911 . .Resolved that an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows; 'T at it is deemed necessary to construct a"sewer in Huron Street from Olive Street to Kosciuszki Street. Beginning,at the center of Oliver Street and. Huron Street thence east of the center line of Huron to the center of Warren Street with a twenty—four(24) indh vitrified pipe, thence east on said center line of Huron Street to the center of Jackson Street with a tj-enty(20) inch pipe, thence east on center line of said Huron Street to "the 'cnter of kasciuzko Street *ith an eighteen(18") inch vitrified pipe.' Together with the house connections to the curb line along the line of said improvement,. All as shown on detail plans, profiles and specifications on file in the office of the Board of Public Works of said City. And such improvement is now care Said Improvements shill be known and designated as HURON STREET LATERAL SE?V'-,';R. Said Board has fixed the 14th. day of July 1911 as a date upon which - remonstrances may be filed or heard by persons interested or affected by said public improvements and on said day at 7;15 P. M. said Board will at its said office hear and consider nrny remonstrators and persons interested or whose property is a fected by'said. public improvement and will decide whether.the benfits that will accrue to the property abutting and adjacent to the propoesoi improvements and to said city, will be equal to, or eceed the estin ted cost of the proposed improvements, as estimated by the City Civil Engineer. ° Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 5t1h. day of June and on the 12th. day of June 1911 in the South bend Daily Times. .A Band or bonds to be issued to the contractor in payment of such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as aecording to law, which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum, payable as'provided by law. RESOLVED, by the board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, ✓ Indiana that it is desired and deemed necessary to make the following deseri bed public improvements in the aforesaid city as authorized by the following numbered improvement resolution adopted by said.Board on the 26th. day of May 1911. Resolved that an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows; That it is deemed necessary to construct a sewer on Monson Street from Robertson Street to the first alley north of Orchard Street. Beginning at the center of Manson Street and Robertson Street; thence north along the center line of said Monson Street to the .. ®enter of the first alley north of said Orehari Street with a ten(10) vitrified sewer pipe. Together with the house connections to the curb line along the line of said improvement. All as shown on detail plans, profiles and specifications on file in the office of the Department of Public Works of said City. And such improvement is now ordered. .Said improvement .shall be known and designated as MONSON STREET LATERAL SEWER FROM ROBERTSON STREET TO T E FIRST ALLEY NORTH OF ORCHARD STREET. Said Board has fixed the 14th. day of July 1911 as a date upon which remonstrances may be filed or heard by persons interested or affected by said public improvements and on said day at 7;15 P. M. said Board will at its office hear and consider any rerionstraters and persons interested or whose property is affected by said public improvement and will decide whether the benefits that will accrue to the property, abuttng and adjacent to the proposed improvements and to said City, will be equal to, or exceed the estimated cost of the proposed improvements, as estimated by the City Civil Engineer. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 5th. day of June and on the 12th. day of June 1911 in the South Bend, Daily Times.
