Friday May 26th. 1911 Continued. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 76. RESOLVED, by tht hoard of Bublie Works of the city of South Bend Indiana that it. is desired and deemed necessary to make the following; deme ribed public improve— ments in the aforesaid city as aauthiorized. by the following ;numbered impro ement resolution adopted by said. Board. on the 26th. day of May 1911. Resolved that an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as'Follows: That it is deemed necessary to improve Sample Street From the Pirst Alley west of Koseuiszko Street to Olive Street.. By -trading the Nrth lawn from property line to curb line and constructing cement curb and walk on the north side of said .street. All as s �-sown. by detail plans, profiles rind specifications on file in the office of they department of Public Works of said City. And such improvement is now ordered.. Said improvements shell be known and designated as SAMPLE STREET' CURB AND WALK IMPROVEMENT ]PROM THE FIRST ALLEY WEST OF K_OSCIUZKO STREET TO OLIVE STREET. Said Board has Fixed the 14th. day of July 1911 as as, date upon which remonstrances may be Piled or eard by persons interested or affected by said public irprovements and on said day at 7;15 P. M. said Board will at its office hear and consider any remonstrators and persons interest or whose property is of ected by sapid public improvement and will decide whether the benefits that will accrue to the property, abutting and adjacent to t_ie proposed improveMets and to said city, will be equal to, or e exceed the estimated cost of the proposed improvements, as eatimaa,ted by the city engineer. _ Notice of.tthis resolution .shAll.be published° on the 5th. day of Juneaand On the 12th. day of June 1911 in the Soutti Bend Deily Times. A Bonds or Bonds to be issued to the contractor in payment of such work wher the property owner signs waiver required, as according to 1&w. Beni.':, Indian& that t is desired and deeened necessary to make the following described public improvements. in the aforesaid City as auth.)rized by the following numbered improvement Resolution adopted by said Board on the 26th. day of May 1911. Resolved that an improvement be made on the kind, size.,location and terminal points as follows: That it is necessary to improve Fellows Street from Monroe Street to Sample Street. By grading :and paing t_ae said street from curb . line with Asphalt, Bitulithie, creosoted Wooden Blocks or brick, laid on a five(5) inch portl€end cement gravel foundation. All as shown on platins, profiles and specifications on file e in the office of t-2a Departmet of Publie; Works of -laid City.: And such improvement is now ordered. Said improvements shall be known and designated as FELLOWS STREET PAVE.ZENT FROM MONROE STREET TO SAMPLE STREET.
