152 Friday May 26t"11. 1911 Continued. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 14. RESOLVED, by the Board. of Public Works of the city of South Fiend, Indiana that it is desired and deemed necessary to rake the following described Public improvements, in the, aforesaid city cis authorized by the 'following numbered improvement resolution adopted by said Board on the 26th. day of May 1911. Resolved -:hat an improvement be madeof the kind. -size, location and terminal points as follows: That it is.deemed necessary ti improve South Fellows Street from Bronson Street to Sample Street. By trading the said Street from property line -to curb line and constructing cement walks and urbs on both side of said street where the same is not €Llready constructed. All as shown on plans profiles, and pecifieations on file in the office of the Department of Public Works of said City. And such improvment is now ordered. .Said improvements shall be known and designated as SOUTH FELLOWS STREET GRADE CURB AIM WALK FROM BRONSON STREET TO SAMPLE STREET. Said Board has fixed the 14th. day of July 1911 as a &Lte upon whi h remonstrances may be tiled or eard by persons interested or effected by said public improvements and in'said day at 7;15 P. 14. said Board will at its said office hear and consider any renorastrators and person interested or whose property is affected by said public improvement and will decide w ether the benfits that will accrue to the -property, abutting and adjacent to the proposed improvements and to said. City, will be equal -to, or exceed the estimated cost of the proposed improvements, as estimated by the City Civil Engineer. A BOnd or Bonds to be issued to the contractor in payment of such vrork where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law. Which said bonds shall bear interest at t e rate of six per cent per annum, payable as provided by law. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 75. RESOLVED, by tie Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend., Indi€,na that it is desired and deemed necessary to rc,,ke-the following improvements in the aforesaid city as authorized by the following numbered improvement resolution adopted by said board on the tut . c.ay of May 1911. Resolved that an improverient be made of -the find, size, location and terminal points as follows: That it is deemed neces:,&ry to improve Adams Street from Mi chi gan Avenue to t'-ie North line of Pleasant Veiw Addition. By grading the said street from property line to property line and constructing cement walks and curb on -both sides of said. street. All as Chown on detail plans, profiles and specifications on file in the of -'ice of the department of public works of sf,id city. And such improvement is now ordered. Said improvement shall be nown and designated as AllAMS STREET -BADE CURB AND WALK IMPROATEMENT FROM MICTTIGAN AVENUE TO TTTE NORTH LINE OF PLEASAT VEIW ADDITION. Said Board has -fixed the 14th. d&y of July 1911 as a date upon whic'O remonstrances may be filed or Leard by persons interested or affected by said public improvements and. on said day at 7;15 P. M. said board will at its said office hear and consider and remonstrators and perso s interested of whose property is affected by said- public improvement and will decide whether the _ benefits that will accrue to the property, abutting and adjacent to the proposed improvements and to laid city, will be equal to, or exceed the esimated cost of the proposed improvements, as estimated by the City Civil Engineer. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 5th. day of June and on the J.2th day of June 1911 in the Sout Bend Daily Times. A.Bond or bonds to be issued to the contractor in payment of such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law.
