.Friday May 26th. 1911* .Continued. a IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 70 ✓ RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend., Indiana that it is desired and deemed necessary to amke the following described- ' Public improvements in the aforesaid city as authorized. by the following numbered improvement resolution," €adopted by said. Board on 26th. dray of June 1911. Resolved that°an`improvement be made`of the size, kind loeation and terminal points as follows : That it is.:',deemed-necesstrylt.b,.improve Marietta Street from Pennsylvania Avenue to Dubail Avenue. By grading the said street from property line to urb line and constructing cement curbs and walks on both Sides of said street w�-.ere the same is not already constructed: All as shown on i - >dttA it plans, profiles end specifications on file in the office of the Department of Public Works of said City. And'such improvement is now ordffred. Said Improvement ;ahAll he.. ]mown, and designatedi.` asMARIETT4:,STREET f�rRADEs CURB AND WALK IMPROVEMENT FROM PENNSYLVANIA TO DUBAIL AVENUE. .Said Board has fixed the 14th. day of July 1911 as a date upon which remonstranors may be filed or heard by persons interested or affected by said Public improvements and on said day at 7:15 P. Ad. sad Board . will at its " sapid offie hear and consider any remonstrators and persons interested or whose property is affected by said public inprovment and will decide whether the benefits that -will accrue to the property, abutting and adjacent to the proposed improvements and to said City, will be equal to, or exceed the estimated cost of the proposed improvements, as estimated by the City Civil Engineer. Votice of this resolution shall be published ob the 5th. day of June and on the 12th. day of June 1911 in the South Bend Daily Times. A Bond or bonds to be issued to the contractor in payment of such work -where the property owner signs waiver'required, as according to law. Which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum, payable as provided by law. IMPROVER -ENT RESOLUTION N) . 71. RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend., Indiana that iteis desired and deemed necessary to make the following described public improvements in the aforesaid city as authorized by the following numbered improvement resolution adopted by said board on the 26th. day of May 1911. Resolved that an improvement be made of the bind, size, location and terminal points as follows: That it is deemed necessary to i prove Arthur Street from Lai Salle Avenue to Campau Street. By grading the said street from property line to property line and constructing cement walks and curbs on both sides of said street where the same is not already constructed. All as shown on plans, profiles and specifications on file in the office of the Department of Public Works of said City. And such improvement is now ordered. Said improvements shall be ). nown and designated as ART VR STREET GRADE CURB AND WALK IMPROVEMENT.. Said Board has fixed the 14th. day of July 1911 as a date upon which remonstrances may be filed or heard by persons itLerested or affected by said public improvements and on said day at_7:15 P.
