Lane bond of $1000.00. It was read and placed on <br />file. <br />Grade Curb and walk on South Michigan' Street From Ewing Avenue to Donmoyer Avenue <br />Contract awarded to H. N. Barnes. The contract price $1215.50 <br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 69' <br />RESOLVED 21by the Board of Public Works of. the City of South Bend, Indianaa, <br />that it is deemed necessary to make the following described public improvements in the <br />aforesaid city as�authorized by the following numbered improvement resolution adopted by <br />said board on the 26th. day of May 1911. <br />Resolved that an improvement be made ofthe kind, size location and <br />terninal points as follows:That it is°deemed necessary to improve College Street from <br />Michigan Avenue to the North line of Pleasant Veiw Addition. By grading the said street fr <br />from property line to property line and constructing cement walks and curbs on both side s <br />of said street where•the same is not already constructed. All as shown on detail plans <br />profiles and specification on file in the office of the Department of Public Works of said <br />City. And such improvement is n6w ordered. <br />Said improvements shall be known and designated as College Street Grade, <br />curb and walk improvement from Michigan Avenue to the north line of Pleasant Veiw Addition <br />Said Board has fixed the 14th.. day of July 1911 as a date upon which <br />remonstrances°may be filed or heard by persons interested or effected by said public i <br />improvements and on said day at 7:15 P. M. said Board will at its said office hear and <br />consider any remonstrators and persons interested or whose property is`af'fected by said pu <br />Public improvement and will decide whether the benfits that will accrue to the property, <br />abutting and adjacent to the proposed improvements and to said City, will be equal to, or <br />exceed the estimated cost of the proposed improvements, as estimated by the city <br />Civil Engineer. . <br />Notice of this resolution shall be .publ shed 'on the, 5th. Aay of June <br />and on the 12th. day of June 1911 in the South Bend Daily Times. <br />A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment of such work <br />where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law. Which said bonds <br />shall bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum, payable as provided by law. <br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 69. <br />RESOLED, by the board of Public Works of the City of South Bed, Indiana <br />that it is desired and deemed necessary to make the following described public improvements <br />in the aforesaid City as authorized bt the following numbered improvement resolution <br />adopted by said Board on 26th. day of May 1911. <br />Resolved that an improvement be made of the kind, size, locution and <br />terminal points as follows; That it is deemed necessary to improve Felllows Street from <br />Broadway to Indiana, Avenue. By grading the said street -from property line to curb line <br />and constructing cement walks and curb on both sides of said street where the sane is not <br />already constructed. All as show on detail plans, profiles and specification on file in <br />the office of the Public Works of said City. And such improvment is now ordered. <br />Said improvements shall be known and designated as FELLOWS STREET GRADE, <br />CURB AND ?WALK IMPROVEMENT FROM BRO j'kRDWAY TO INDIANA AVENUE. <br />Said Board has fixed the 14th. day of July 1911 as a date upon which <br />remonstrances may be filed or heard by persons interested or.a,lffected by said public <br />improvements and an said day at 7:15 P.
