JMPROVFAENT RESOLUTION NO. 62 RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana that it is desired and deemed necessary to make the following described public improvements in the aforesaid City as authorized by the following numbered improvement Resolution ADOPTED by said Board can the 17th. day of March1911. RESOLVED that an improvement be nfLde of the ', inc?, size, location and terminal poi.n.ts as follows: Beginning at the St. Josep, River tLnd center line of Clover Street thence North along the center line of raid. All as shown on plans and profiles on file in the office of the Board of Public Works. Said improvements shell be known and desist ated as CLOVER STREET LATERAL SEWER., IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTIC)NI NO., 62. Notice of this resolutio-1 shallbe published on the 22nd. day of March and on the 29th. day of March 1911 in the South Bend Daily Times. Said Board has fixed the 14th. day of April 1911 as a _date upon which remonstrances may be -filed or 'heard by persons interested or affected by said public improvements and on said day at 7:15 P.M. said Board will at its said office hear and consider any remonctraters and persons interested or whose property is affected by said public improvement and will decide w ether the benefits tint will accrue to the property, abutting , nd adjacent to the proposed improvements and to said City, will be equal to, or exceed the estimated cost of the proposed improvements, as ,estina,ted by the CITY CIVIL ENI INFER. A Bond or Bonds to.be issued to the Contractor in payment of such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to Taw .
