IM. all members present. <br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION N-0.60. <br />Resolved, By The Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana that it is <br />desired and deemed nece�sEry to make the following desetibed public improvements in the <br />aforesaid- Citsr-as authorized, by the following; numbered improvement resolution adopted by <br />said Board on the 17th day of March 1,911. <br />Resolved that an improvement be made of the kind,sizellocat-ion and terminal points as <br />follows: Beginning at the center of Howard Street and Notre Dame Avenue.thence west along <br />the center line ofsaid-Howard Street to -the center of St. Peter Street with a 15 inch <br />vitrified sewer pipe* thence west along the center line of said 14oward Street to the <br />center of St. Louis Street with a 12 vitrified sewer pipe. Together with the house con- <br />nections to the curb line along the line of said improvement. All as shown on plans and <br />pro -files on file r4nt-�.e office of the Board of Public Works. <br />Detail drawings, plans, profiles and -specifications are on file and may be seen at the <br />office of said Board and all work in the making of said public improvement must be 'done in <br />accordance therewith* <br />Said improvements- shall be J.1n STREET' LATERAL <br />own and deem as 11OWARD, ST SEWER. <br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION No. 60 <br />Natice­:of `thirz resolution :!hall be published on the 22nd. day of March and on the 29th. <br />day of March 1911, in the South Bend Daily Times. <br />Said Board has fixed the 14th. day of April 1911 as a date upon which remonstrances may be <br />filed or heard by persons interested or affected by said public improvements and on said <br />day at 7:15 P.H. said Board will at its said office hear and consider any remorAstraters <br />and persons interested or whose property is affected by said Pub'_Jo ir-n-provemeni and will <br />decide whether the benefits that will accrue to the property, abutting and adjacent to the <br />proposed improvement and to said City,'will be' equal to, or exceed the estimated cost of <br />the proposed improvements, as estimated by the CITY CIVIL ENGINEER. <br />A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment of such work w1liere the property <br />owner signs waiver required, as according to law.
