IMPROVEM.ENT RESOLUTION- NO 64 1�' RESOLVED, by the Board of Publi.. c Works of the City of Soiith Berid, Indiana that it is desired and -deemed necessary to nake the following described Public Improvements in the aforesaid City as authorized by the followin};nutpbered improvement Resolution ADOPTED by said Board on 17th day of Mareh 1911. RESOLVED that an improvement be made of the kind, size, location €z,nd terminal point: as follows: Beginning at t e center of Perkins Street and Pine Street thence Fouth along the center line of said Pine Street to a point 20 ft. North of the N orth of the North line of the first Alley South of : aid Perkins Street with a, 12 inch vetrified sewer pipe. Also be<?inn ng at the center of. Perkins Street and Pine Street, thence North along the center ffsa,id Pine Street to a point 65 ft. south of the south Line of Division Street with a 12 inch vitrified sewer pipe. Alno beginning at the center of Division St. and, Pine Street thence north along the center of said Pine Street, to a point 50 feet south of the south line of Napier Street with a 12 inch sewer pipe. Notice of this resolution shall beplib,l-iehed on the 2.2ne. day of March 19 1911 and on the 29th. day of March 1911, in t e South Bend Daily Times. Said Board has fixed the 14th. du,' el, 7-of April 1911 as a date upon which remonstrances may be -files or :fieard by persons interested or affected by raid Public Improvemt. ents and on said day at 7:15 P.K., said Board will at its said office hear and consider any remon§craters and. person interested or w lose property is affected by said Public Improvement a-ld will decide whether t-fte benefits, that will accrue to the property, abutting and adjacent to the proposed improvements and to said City, .will be equal to, or exceed the estimated cost of t1le proposed improvements, as estimated by the CITY CiVIL EN `y I TIEER. RESOLVED that an improvement be made.of the kind, size location and terminal points as follows : By constructing cement curb and walks on the west side of South Michigan. Street from Ewing Atrenue to Chippewa, Avenue. All as shown on plans -and. pro -files on rile in the office of the Board of Public Works. Detail drawings, pla,nd,, profiles <nd specifications are on file and may be seen at t e office of said Board and all work ?_n the making of said Public Improvement must be done in accordance therewwith. Said Improvements shall be known and designated as CURB AND WALK IMPROVEMIENT OF SOUT H T1IC _IGAN STREET. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO 65. Notice of this resolution shall be published on tl.Ie 2.2nd. day of March and on the 29th. day of March 1911, in the South Bend daily Times.
