TO THE HONORABLE BOARD OF PUBLIC NORKS OF THE CITY OFSOUTH BEND: Gentlemen: - The undersigg�ned respectfully represent toyour Honorable Board that Daniel Peters, Jr. is ge owner of Lot 111 and.the West 2- of Lot 110, and and. Daniel Peters, Sr. is the owner.of Lots 142., 1.43, and 144 all in the Realty and Constructiorn Company's Second Addition to the City of South Bend,, St. Joseph County, Indiana. That the undersigned,,Daniel.Peters, Jr. desires to build buildings on all of said lots and desires to build them so that he can obtain from the New Jersey, Indiaana and Illinois Railroad Company, a sidetrack to said buildings when so constructed.
