<br />Hearing had on resolution for grade, urb and.walk an Duey Avenue
<br />from South Bend Avenue -to North end of Duey Avenue,under improvement Resolution
<br />No. 880. In the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written
<br />remonstrance was filed. The Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that
<br />the benefits to ppropperty liable to be assessed for said im rovement,are equal to the
<br />estimated cost of the some, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon
<br />takes final action on said resolution as originally adapted and the same is hereby,_
<br />in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved.
<br />Resolved further, that the notices be published on the 17th. day
<br />of June 1921 and on the 24th.day of June 1921 in the South Bend News Times, a news-'
<br />paper of general circulation in this City, stating that this Boe,rd w..1 -receive bids
