<br />Resolution No. 693. In the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />Resolved that the entire work done under the above resolution
<br />and the contract let thereunder be in all things accepted and approved and
<br />-that said final estimate be allowed. Resolved further that notices in form
<br />required bylaw be•published on.the 18th. day of June 1921 and on the 25th.
<br />day of Jule 1921 in the South Bend Daily News Times, a newspaper of general
<br />circulation in this City, setting and fixing the 6th. day of July 1921
<br />at %:15 P.M. at the office of this Board in the City Hall, South Bend, Indiana
<br />as the time and place when this Beard -will receive and hear remonstrances against
<br />the amounts atsessed against each of the lots and parcels of land on said roll
<br />} and will hear and dettermine whether such lets and parcels of land will be
<br />specifically benefitted by said impr4S7ement by the amounts efated an -..set forth
