His resume is attached in this packet for <br /> review. <br /> A detailed schedule of elements needed to conduct a thorough search for South Bend is <br /> attached in a proposal letter from Wasserman to Mayor Buttigieg. A copy of that letter is <br /> attached in this packet for review. <br /> The professional services agreement incorporating the recommendations in the proposal <br /> into action will not exceed$6,800 to cover expenses and will expire on December 31, <br /> 2012.
