<br />In a memorandum to the Board, Mr. Kyle Silveus, Engineering, requested permission to
<br />advertise for the receipt of bids for the above referenced project. Therefore, upon a motion made
<br />by Ms. Dorau, seconded by Ms. Miller and carried, the above request was approved.

<br />advertise for the receipt of bids for the above referenced vehicles. Therefore, upon a motion
<br />made by Ms. Dorau, seconded by Ms. Miller and carried, the above request was approved.

<br />In a memorandum to the Board, Mr. Zach Hurst, Engineering, requested permission to advertise
<br />for the receipt of bids for the above referenced project. It was noted the Title Sheet was not
<br />present. Upon a motion made by Ms. Dorau, seconded by Ms. Miller and carried, the above
<br />request to advertise was approved, and the Title Sheet was approved with signature to be
<br />followed up on.
<br />APPROVAL OF REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIDS — DUCTILE

<br />OPERATIONS)
<br />In a memorandum to the Board, Mr. Scott Kreeger, Engineering, requested permission to
<br />advertise for the receipt of bids for the above referenced project. Therefore, upon a motion made
<br />by Ms. Dorau, seconded by Ms. Miller and carried, the above request was approved.
<br />REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE SALE OF CITY -OWNED PROPERTY — 1510-1512

<br />In a memorandum to the Board, Mr. Andrew Netter, Community Investment, stated his
<br />department has received an application to purchase vacant City -owned property at the above
<br />address. He noted in his memorandum that he has determined that the City has no need for the
<br />property; the intended use of the petitioner is appropriate; and the petitioner is eligible to
<br />purchase the property as an abutting property owner. Mr. Netter stated he is therefore requesting
<br />to advertise the sale of the property per I.C. 36-1-11-5. Upon a motion made by Ms. Dorau,
<br />seconded by Ms. Miller and carried, the above request was approved.
