5) Existing site topography at an interval appropriate to show detailed <br />drainage patterns. <br />6) Proposed final site topography at an interval appropriate to show <br />detailed drainage patterns. <br />7) Location, size and dimensions of proposed storm water system. <br />8) Pre -Construction and Post Construction Infiltration Rates. <br />9) Location, size and dimensions of proposed Best Management <br />Practices (BMPs). <br />10) Location of all environmentally sensitive areas on the site (ie. <br />wetlands) <br />11) Specific points where stormwater will leave the site. <br />12) The SWPPP will show the location, dimensions, and construction <br />details for all erosion control measures required, including but not <br />limited to, temporary and permanent erosion control measures, water <br />quality measures, perimeter control and stable construction <br />entrances. It will also delineate the disturbed and preserved areas and <br />proposed locations of soil stockpiles and borrow areas and other <br />staging elements, as required. <br />d. Submit Report and SWPPP to the local reviewing agency for 30 day <br />review period. <br />e. Monitor the approval process and provide customary additional <br />information that may be required to secure a permit. <br />£ Prepare and publish Public Notice as required by 327-IAC-15-5. <br />g. Submit final documentation to IDEM no later than 48 hours prior to start <br />of construction. Documents shall include signed NOI and <br />accompanying letter, proof of publication, local review agency approval <br />forms, and $100 IDEM permit fee. <br />h. IDEM will provide Notice of Sufficiency directly to Owner documenting <br />approved permit number. Owner to provide copy to DLZ upon receipt. <br />2. The ENGINEER shall prepare and submit the application and back-up <br />documentation for the following permits related to the Water Recreation <br />Improvements, as required: <br />a. Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) — "401 <br />Water Quality Certification' or Waiver. <br />b. Army Corps of Engineers — "Section 404 Permit".. <br />c.
