two. If more prime contracts are awarded, Engineer shall be entitled to an <br />equitable increase in its compensation under this Agreement. <br />A1.O7 Permitting <br />A. Permitting services shall be completed concurrently with the above design phases <br />as appropriate to each designated permit process and shall be completed prior to <br />issuance of bidding documents. Services shall be as follows: <br />1. Construction/Land Disturbance Storm Water Permitting: DLZ shall prepare <br />and submit the documentation per 327-IAC-15-5 (Rule 5). The scope shall <br />include the following: <br />a. Prepare a Notice of Intent Letter and complete a Notice of Intent <br />application form. <br />b. Prepare a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan Report document to <br />include the following: <br />1) Using existing and available GIS information, show vicinity map, <br />legal description of project site, hydrologic 14-digit unit code, <br />location of all wetlands, lakes and water courses in vicinity of <br />project. Identify existing vegetation, drainage patterns, adjacent land <br />use, potential discharges to groundwater, and ultimate receiving <br />waters on the project site. <br />2) Provide maps showing the Floodplains, Floodways, and Floodway <br />Fringes, if applicable. Note any State or Federal water quality <br />permits (ie. DNR, Army Corps, etc.) required. <br />3) Determine soil types within the project area using the NRCS soil <br />map — no actual soil samples will be performed. <br />4) Calculate Pre -Construction and Post Construction Estimate of Peak <br />Discharge. <br />5) Develop sequence describing storm water quality measure <br />implementation relative to land disturbing activities <br />6) Document elements of this SWPPP where applicable within the <br />Report, including but not limited to, sediment control, runoff control, <br />inlet protection, pollutant sources, BMP implementation, and <br />temporary and fmal stabilization methods. <br />c.
